All Star Alliance's airlines will be concentrated to Heathrow terminal 2.
The new terminal will be ready to operate during 2014 and the airlines will move in gradually.
Star Alliance currently operate 21 % of the capacity at Heathrow.
The new solution will also lead to that the minimum connection time between flights will be cut in half, to 45 minutes. This open the possibility to connect to 31 % more flights in the future.
